DEEP CLEANING
Deep cleaning goes beyond aesthetic concern. We have the most preferred upholstery deep
cleaning system. Our product is bactericide, ant-mite, anti-microbial, anti-fungicide, to protect
your upholstery for much longer.
We sanitize and keep them protected and sterilized against microorganisms that we cannot
eliminate through traditional cleaning, thus ensuring a healthy environment for your family.
The accumulation of particles can cause damage to the beauty of furniture and may also
interfere with the health of your family.
For these reasons, we sterilize it with Oxi-Sanitization NANO UV (a high frequency germicidal
lamp). This procedure eliminates 99% of the causative agents of allergic processes present in
the upholstery.

NOTE: Our cleaning services, does not promise do remove all stains from the fabric. We
guarantee deep cleaning and cleanliness. Our technicians are properly trained to perform the
best cleaning without damage the fabric, but we do not guarantee that all stains on the
upholstery are removed, no matter how successful we are in most cases.
In case the upholstery is filled with goose plume and/or the upholstery has
waterproofing/shielding done previously, CLEANUP must be notified in advance to adjust the
procedure to be performed. We are not responsible for possible damage caused by chemical
reactions between our product and products previously applied by other suppliers.

process of protection upholstery.
We have the most modern upholstered waterproofing system. The waterproofing of fabrics
protects upholstery against possible accidents and prevents dirt from penetrating the fibers,
which causes the proliferation of mites, fungi and bacteria: mainly responsible for allergies and
diseases. Our products also protect your upholstery for much longer without changing texture
and color.
In addition, our product:

HOW TO PRESERVE YOUR UPHOLSTERY AFTER PROTECTION
1- Regularly remove dust with a vacuum cleaner or a feather duster, without rubbing the
equipment on the fabric.
2- If any liquid is spilled on the fabric, it should be immediately removed with the use of
absorbent paper, without rubbing or compressing the fabric.
3- If any kind of stain remains, it must be removed with natural detergent foam, applied with a
clean white cloth in soft circular movements until the stain disappears.
4- If any solid material falls on the tissue, it must be carefully and gently removed with a
spatula, and then procedures 2 and 3 mentioned above must be performed.
5- Do not use Vaporetto, kirby and/or other similar equipment that may remove the product
and/or compromise the quality of the shielding. For suction with the Rainbow or Hylla, do not
use the brushing nozzle, as it could remove the shield due to excessive friction.
ABOUT THE PROTECTION TEST ON YOUR UPHOLSTERY
The protection is intended to protect the upholstery against real accidents. Excessive testing can
compromise the quality of the protection. Always carry out the test in the presence of one of
our technicians, otherwise the customer is aware of the risks and CLEANUP is not responsible
for possible damage that may occur.
PROTECTION WARRANTY (1 YEAR)
The 1 year warranty, during its terms, includes 3 visits for cleaning and/or maintenance of the
protection, IF NECESSARY. CLEANUP informs that excessive friction on the upholstery may compromise shield protection. In case of an accident, please notify CLEANUP within 24 hours of the event for proper maintenance.
Items that do not come under warranty because the shielding does not protect the fabric
against:
1- Animal or human urine;
2- Drying or liquid products and/or food remains that are not removed from the upholstery;
3- Stains caused by unknown liquids;
4- Excessive tissue friction;
5- Use of chemical products;
6- Lipstick, grease, clay, chocolate, pen ink, enamel;
7- Stains caused by dyed clothes;
8- Vomiting;
9- Blood;
10- Any other agent that is not liquid and is not described ion the warranty restrictions;
11- Lack of maintenance and incorrect maintenance.
*CLEANUP is not responsible for possible damage caused by chemical reactions between our
products and previously applied by other suppliers. In this case, by approving the budget the customer is aware and accepts the risk. CLEANUP does not do the protection for suede upholstery, because it is not possible to do the same cleaning, due to the risk of altering the original and intrinsic features of the fabric. It would not be possible to be complying with the guarantee of the protection service that we offer, so in case of accidents with liquids that may penetrate and stain, the recommendation would be to clean the upholstery and reapply the protection product.
